How to Get Hesha e Kesungi in Diablo 4
Like most Ancestral Unique items in Diablo 4, Hesha e Kesungi is tied to Diablo 4 Items RNG loot drops. However, there are targeted methods that can greatly increase your chances of finding it.

Hesha e Kesungi has an increased drop chance from two specific bosses: Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint, and Urivar, the Judicator.
