There are lots of facet quests in Diablo four, and some of them stand by myself from the principle story even as others are vicariously related to it. The quest chain that includes an NPC named Sister Octavia is one of the latter. It's not part of the principle plot, but it visits a few not unusual places and drops a couple of large names.

Sister Octavia
Sister Octavia is the NPC worried in all three quests, and she or he can be found on one of the side streets of the town of Kyovashad. There seems to be some mystery as to her authentic identity and history, some of that is revealed within the course of the hunt chain.
Despite her obvious connection to D4 items the Cathedral of Light, possibly even a leadership rank, and what seems to be a few intimate understanding of Mother Prava's personal existence, Octavia is acting outdoor of the strict rules set via the church. Her holy challenge is a quiet one.
What makes Octavia precise amongst her friends is that she tries to exorcise demons and rescue their human hosts. This is in direct competition to the lessons that state those who are possessed should be burned. The denizens of Sanctuary have grew to become to her in desperation, hoping to save their possessed cherished ones in place of seeing them carried out.
Malady of The Soul
When the character first interacts with Sister Octavia she's standing with another character, Petr. It's Petr's son who has been possessed by means of a demon, and rather than just burning him, Petr hopes that Sister Octavia can efficaciously carry out an exorcism.
